Do customers pay taxes/duties?
Customers do need to pay taxes and duties. The amount varies depending on the country you are in, they may be exempted in some countries. You will see how much taxes and duties you will need to pay at the checkout.

What if I entered the wrong information for my order?
If you entered the wrong address for your order or order the wrong size, we can make any changes to your orders if they are not yet shipped. If you notify us after the orders are shipped, it will be your responsibility for any loss caused by it.

What happens if I never receive my order?
You may not receive your package due to several reasons:
- Stolen
- Lost in transit
- Held in custom
If you don't receive your order past the expected delivery date, contact the postal carrier before reaching us.
